Hi Rick,
Our company is bigger in size and
we are adapting this process for the
whole company.Our strategy has tailored
it according to our work culture.
Of course you have to take some effort to read
and implement it. our company gave us a course
on this through Rational university.
I personally went through their web tutorial out
of my own interest.Already you got their web site,
it is upto you to decide how far it is suitable for
your project and whether any tailor made is required?
