I'm agree with you.
Rose is more formal respect UML specification and Unified Process point of
view.
Togheter follows Coad Process: a different Process more oriented to
development rather than all software life cicle (I intend big process &
project).
Togheter actually works better with java & java2ee: update model from code
& reverse in rose actually are rather poors.
However not all togheter's diagrams are now so clear and clean....
