I agree about the process.
RUP is a mammut for small projects and it has many lacks & holes
:use case
approach doesn't works so fine with system driven by rules.. and
the list
might continue .. but I have some hard work to do today......
Moreover rose doesn't support an important UML view: process
view (here
process means triggers, light processes, etc.).
I work with Rational suite.... but it'is only a product that I
use.. and so
I hope for future improvements...
However an important point remains: a process ("your process")
it's very
important... I'm seeing so many projects fail (time,
requirements,
features..and so on) because of lack of a process.
From Extreme programming point of view someone could tell :
"Many Projects
fails because of too big processes".
In my language I say "Uccidere una mosca con un fucile"...
In my bad english I say: " Kill a fly with a shotgun"...
..why we don't continue this discussion also on RUP forum ?
