It's true that Together is much more appropriate for development of
software, rather than modelling business systems.
However, it does support UML, even if the diagrams are not always as pretty.
And, it is neutral regarding Process.

I'm agree with you.
Rose is more formal respect UML specification and Unified Process point of
view.
Togheter follows Coad Process: a different Process more oriented to
development rather than all software life cicle (I intend big process &
project).
Togheter actually works better with java & java2ee: update model from code
& reverse in rose actually are rather poors.
However not all togheter's diagrams are now so clear and clean....
