I think so.  The notes might be fine but there's a lack of nicety
(i.e. file name, copyright notices etc) about it still yes?

Ok, then shall we do it?  This is something we should schedule for 1.0.
It'd also be nice to integrate the lilypond printing angle a bit more
maybe?  I know it's there but I don't know how to use it really.

As a stupid user of printing I do just want to be able to hit CTRL+P 
and i) see my options and ii) expect default printing to be reasonably
complete.

Not yet, no.  Looks promising tho and it's up for a LU&D award - that's
mainly the reason I noticed it.
