Only because I went to some effort to translate a whopping two strings, and 
Pedro insisted that I claim credit for myself.  ;)

That's the gist of it, yes.  There are a few things to be aware of with i18n 
calls though, in order to facilitate the translator's job.  Rather than 
remember them, I'll refer you to RTFM :)  Rich already pointed you at TFM.
