I will be pleased to do that if you explain me where you want to arrive by 
this way, because this command costs a lot of time rebuilding,  and I can't 
understand how getting a single hash number from a lot of files can help.

Do you suspect that some file has changed between 1.0rc1 and now, so both 
checksums are different? Sure. But both versions are painting clefs at wrong 
positions, anyway.
