Just like the missing SConstruct, it wasn't added because somehow it had
disappeared from my own dir... Fortunately I had a SConstruct~ backup
remaining, both are in now (although the Alsa detection test is still not
right).

Oh, that's the bksys configure only, I think. I'm not sure if we'll have to
use it.
