I had some of these as well, but I never got around to writing them down
either... sorry (sigh). I'm not at a proper computer at the moment and I'm
awful busy for the next week at least, too. Off the top of my head, the main
things I had doubts about were:

 - the selector window has (or had) an editable text field for aliases
 - neither dialog has a cancel button. It needs to be possible to (and clear
how to) back out without changing anything. Apply/cancel or some action
buttons (e.g. Save) and close, but not just close.
 - need "are you sure?" when changing an existing chord?
 - editor dialog not resizeable and dodgy layout - looks like the selector is a
nice KDialogBase subclass but the editor is straight outta Designer.
 - I had trouble removing barres (and sometimes fingerings too I think) - you
may have mentioned that
 - there were two symbols (O and X?) used at the top of the fretboard to
represent something or other to guitarists - I never worked out how to get one
of them (can't remember which) in my own fretboards

Must dash, this'll have to do for now.
