I still don't get it. This procedure does nothing for me. For MIDI segments it 
just makes segment container bigger and for audio I get flat line after 
audiable part of sample. Something is going wrong here... I don't know what. 
Needless to say it's almost daily build I'm running (as was in the past few 
years).
