And it's rather nice, quibble aside, I hasten to add.  Did we really not have 
a velocity changer combo before?  It seems so natural that it should be

Or maybe I should have another go at that first time wizard I was daydreaming 
about a year ago.  We really do need something like K3B's configuration 
checker/setup wizard.  We really do.  I should get off my duff and implement 
this, even if I have to resort to writing it in a scripting language in order 
to overcome my considerable inertia on the matter.
