After months in which I can't find any time to work on RG, I eventually fix
some
of the crashes I experienced.

Nevertheless, some other crashes sometimes still occurs when moving segments
around while notation is opened.

The new feature added is to hide the redundant clefs and key changes in
consecutive segments.
This is working on all segments, repeating ones or ordinary segments.

As it may be sometimes useful to now where are the clefs and keys, a new tab
in configuration dialog controls this feature. (There is an other option on
this tab to inhibit the display of the repeated segments, but I just discover
it crashes RG. So it's better not to use it...)

Two other bugs (still in trunk) are fixed :
  - Flats are now correctly cancelled on a C-maj key change.
  - Rulers are no more desynchronized when a segment is deleted while a zoom
factor is used in notation.

(The last one is not totally fixed as zoom comes back to the default value
rather than stay to the precedent one).

Apart from the remaining crashes, two bugs are still to fix before I start to
work on the bar numbers:
   - The colors of clefs and keys in the notation staff headers (this one
should not be too difficult)
   - The anacrousis problem

The anacrousis problem is biting when a time signature change occurs (ie 4/4
to 3/4) while a segment is repeating.
Probably it's not really harmful as it seems unwise to blindly add such a time
signature change without looking at others tracks, but nevertheless I would
like to fix this one. (Probably some other form of this anacrousis problem is
already reported somewhere in the bug tracker).

I hope I would not need six months again before coming back the next time...
