I have a research project ahead learning how to say add9 and sus4 and things like that in other languages myself. Off the top of my head, I have no clue any more than you do. A lot of languages do weird things with notes though, and I expect to find out they do weird things with chords too. Helpfully, I happen to be going through a flamenco guitar course in Spanish at the moment, so my research will do double duty! Anyway, my drunk ass is going to crash now. I'll look at this tomorrow.
