Interesting. I actually did not notice that. I did, however, look, briefly at cutting off the beginning of the history, but "git-svn clone" didn't seem to have a way to do that, so I just opted for letting it try to recreate the whole thing. There are other tools I could've used that did offer pruning, but I decided to stick with the native one.

It looks like the code appears at [3398d014] on 2006-02-24 r7161 as a result of being moved into the rosegarden directory. (The previous 460 commits have no code, just build-related files.) I guess if I had run this against the root I might have gotten the entire thing. In a way this is probably better since it has been pruned as a matter of course. Still, I should probably re-run against the root dir just for fun to see what it looks like and how long it takes.
