Thank you for your answer. 
Indeed, I forgot to say that I am using Qsynth (with my own soundfont bank, 
that looks like the Fluidsynth soundfont).
If I understand you well, this issue is very complicated to solve? Should I 
search in Qsynth config how to solve it? Or are you aware of an alternative 
software to use instead of Qsynth, that would solve the problem?

Fot the record, Rosegarden version in Ubuntu 10.10 is 13.04.
