I suggest to look at the video and slides, and probably George can tell something else :-) if they already have more data. I'm guessing that the same infrastructure can handle it and if you increase the infrastructure it can be done in such way that has the advantage to make more resilient the existing one, so it is about the existing RPKI service also. Of course, some development, but I don't think it is that much.
