Eliot,

If you want to talk about rights, I'm within my rights to thoroughly
castigate the chair on those occasions when he determines consensus
poorly.

I'd rather talk about responsibilities. Tony has a responsibility to
accurately assess and report whether and what consensus the group
reaches. As a participant, I have a responsibility to call him on it
when I see him miss the mark and, if necessary, establish a well
justified record of dissent.
