Actually, no.
I don't know how you and Lixia wound up as chairs (I
wasn't privy to any of that) but the reason the IAB did
something wes because I personally pushed for them to do
so when I was on the IAB. Here's where I proposed the
IAB do something about the Routing and Addressing issues
facing us, which led to the to the current RRG activity:
