No. Let me say it again: this poll grew out of a desire from some
folks to
ensure that we recorded an explicit consensus of the WG on certain
points.
It is my intention to record any and all of the points that have a
clear
consensus in the recommendation document. This will be done verbatim,
without tons of explanatory text. Thus, the statements need to be
clear
independently.
My personal opinion is that this poll did not accomplish that last
point.
