I would tend to agree. This having been said, I would be in favor of publication of all of the ILNP documents as experimental, just as I would be in favor of all IVIP, LISP, and similar proposals as experimental, and as far as I'm concerned, as long as there's consistency of approach about the above statement, I'd be fine either way.
