I think that's not quite right and would prefer:
o There shall be an avenue for readers to discuss possible errors.
The difference is the latter precludes write-only or fire-and-forget
and a few other (undesirable) options being the only mode of operation
(from the reader's perspective).
And yes, being able to discuss possible errors, means in practice being
able to just comment on the text. That's a good thing even if only a few
such discussions produce eventual errata. And it may have the nice side
effect of causing us to produce actual requests for comment:-)
