Here's my attempt to identify policy items with regards to an errata
system. All of these are up for discussion.
o There shall be an avenue for readers to report errors.
o The reporting process shall be available for [ all RFCs | a
subset of RFCs depending on RFC status ].
o The reporting process shall be transparent.
o Corrections shall be reviewed and approved by [ stream managers |
RPC | chairs | review team(s) | crowd source ] depending on [ error type
| stream ].
o Review and approval procedures [ may | may not ] be defined by
each stream.
o Review and approval [ may | may not ] be delegated.
o The corrections shall be shown [ inline | on a separate page ].
