I'd maybe separate review and approval more, e.g. it seems quite doable
and maybe beneficial to crowd-source some review but we likely do want
only better defined sets of approvers. Likely just two bullets would do
it:
o Corrections shall be reviewed by [ stream managers |
RPC | chairs | review team(s) | crowd source ] depending on [ error
type | stream ].
o Corrections shall be approved by [ stream managers |
RPC | chairs | review team(s) ] depending on [ error type | stream ].
