I'll note that almost all the draft is examples of how things *could*
be done and defers to a not-yet-existing RPC document for details.
(The one Jay posted could I guess be a 1st cut of that.) Note also
that I, at least, don't expect that draft to become an RFC so not sure
we need to perfect it's text.

Yep, I think were it me trying to play with this, I'd start from
an IETF-hosted gitlab instance. That's far from an original idea
of course. (I dunno if there's some e.g. cost/licensing reason why
that's hard for the IETF, but it'd seem like an obvious place to
start.)
