It's actually looking really promising so far. I've played around a little with 
outputting to HTML, Text and man pages. The man pages can be broken out so that 
it is not just one massive man page. I'm working on building a theme for the 
HTML so that the output matches what we already see.

sphinx looks really promising (though i have apparently been living under a 
log, was confused with the search engine at first), the ability to write once 
and output many is great.  i guess time spent learning rst in a past life won't 
be totally wasted.  :-)
