But it's not that obvious that you should go there for packages, because the saying "older versions" kind of makes you ignore that link. On the plus side, if you click on the download link of versions on the front page, you get to a page where you're also linked to the packages. The only problem I see there is that for v8 stable you have no link to Debian packages, even though there is a Debian repo for it: http://www.rsyslog.com/downloads/download-v8-stable/ With devel it works as expected.
