Let me do some more confirmation on Monday regarding the 7.4.6 init.d script to 
make sure the issue doesn't manifest at all with it. If I can not cause the 
issue to manifest I'll put together a PR for it.

This issue has been discussed before without a solution. If it is as simple
as replacing the init script, pls open an issue on the github rhel package
