As I understand those settings will start my rsyslog after network configuration, yes?
I would like to run rsyslog while system starts, I don't want to wait for my network setup. Wouldn't be better to add a patch with: int gethostname(char *name, size_t len); function, somewhere in the code where the hostname is added to log? Is it possible?
