Hi Fellow RT Users,

Hopefully this is a quick and easy question.

On our RT system every queue has a "Scrips and Recipients" section
under the Reply/Resolve tab.
I've come across 1 queue where the tickets do not have this "Scrips
and Recipients" under Reply/Resolve, is there
a queue specific place that this needs to be enabled?
