Hi List, Is there a way to get a report timeworked a little detailed ? For example, show me all tickets that have been worked on today, and show the time worked on the tickets today, so not the total worked time on a ticket. We have tickets that span a couple of days, so i'm interested in reporting today's worked time. Can this be done with a query ?
