Dear Friend,

On 22nd of July, 2008 we all witnessed an embarrassing scene in the
country's parliament. We saw that how our parliamentarian and moreover the
whole democracy is becoming a *mandi* where our elected leaders are selling
themselves openly. But what we saw was just a tip of iceberg. In it not only
the parliamentarians but other persons are also involved.

- *Is the crime of these people any way less than the crime of
those terrorists who attacked Parliament?*

- *Shouldn't there be charges of sedition against them?*

Now what we should do - should we remain silent like this? If we remained
silent like this then one day these parliamentarian will sell us and the
entire nation.

· *We are filing RTI applications to let the rulers know that people
of this country also can question them.*

· *Also, a protest is being initiated at India Gate to let them know
that we are sick of them.*

An RTI application and a flier on India Gate protest are enclosed. We would
request you to file the RTI application yourself and ask others to do so.
You are also requested to be a part of the protest at India Gate on 27th
July Sunday at 6.00 pm.

This appeal is not from any party or organisation. It is from a common man
to a common man. Your presence there only will become your voice.

* *

*If we do not raise our voice today, then tomorrow probably nothing would be
left to save.**
