Dear Divya Jyoti, As you have circulated a professional title, I must question if you you are a really an advocate? Do you know the definition of sedition?
What India saw were "honest" MPs unafraid to speak out and report how they were being bribed to change their votes - and depositing admissible evidence with the "honest" Speaker of the House. Why should we be embarassed, we should be grateful to such bold and honest MPs and award them Padma Bhushans (or Prashant Bhushans). Nobody saw Parliament on Sale. What we did see were incarcerated criminals coming to cast their votes (legally). If anyone is to be prosecuted for sedition, it should be those attempting insurrection by equating corruption with terrorism and organising unlawful assemblies in public places. If this is the level of integrity of alleged RTI activists there really is no hope for India.
