We saw that how our parliamentarian and moreover thewhole democracy is becoming a *mandi* where our elected leaders are sellingthemselves openly. But what we saw was just a tip of iceberg. In it not onlythe parliamentarians but other persons are also involved.- *Is the crime of these people any way less than the crime ofthose terrorists who attacked Parliament?*- *Shouldn't there be charges of sedition against them?*Now what we should do - should we remain silent like this? If we remainedsilent like this then one day these parliamentarian will sell us and theentire nation.· *We are filing RTI applications to let the rulers know that peopleof this country also can question them.*· *Also, a protest is being initiated at India Gate to let them knowthat we are sick of them.*An RTI application and a flier on India Gate protest are enclosed. We wouldrequest you to file the RTI application yourself and ask others to do so.You are also requested to be a part of the protest at India Gate on 27thJuly Sunday at 6.00 pm.This appeal is not from any party or organisation. It is from a common manto a common man. Your presence there only will become your voice.* **If we do not raise our voice today, then tomorrow probably nothing would beleft to save.****Manish Sisodia**Right to Information Campaign**Ph. 09868875898**Note: - How to file RTI application in Lok Sabha*Open the attachment, replace the name and address with your name andaddress, Take a print out of it and file it to the Address given below -* **In Person*:- You can go to Library gate of Parliament Annexe (near CentralSecretariat)- Call Ext 5289 from reception- Mr Harish Chandra would come to gate and receive your application alongwith application fees of Rs 10/-*By Post : *You can send your application (by registered post) to-Sh Somnath Chatterjee,Speaker, Lok Sabha,Speaker's Office,17, Parliament House,New Delhi-110001Tel nos.: (011) 23017795, 23017914, 23013211Fee: If you are sending the application by post, you can pay the applicationfees by Postal Order or through Money Order or trough Bank Draft of Rs.10/-, which should be made payable to the 'Drawing and Disbursing Officer,Lok Sabha'-- Please think about the environment and do not print this e-mail unless youreally need to.DivyaJyoti Jaipuriar, AdvocatePublic Cause Research Foundation(A Parivartan Initiative)[EMAIL PROTECTED]/ Fax: +91 11 22356759Cell: +91 9868002365, +91 9971519209Visit me at www.jaipuriar.comNational RTI Helpline No. +91 9718100180Notice: The information contained in this e-mail message and/orattachment(s) to it may contain confidential or privileged information.
