Thanks to RAW and Outlook Magazine, we know that OSA never made it to the Gazette of India. Meaning it ceases to exist. So we dont have to worry about it now. BTW, there exists a CIC decision of 2006, which allowed digital photographs and videography during inspection. With reference to the recent terror attacks, I fail to understand, as to why the cops allow the filming of their every move against the terrorists. The TV channels are directly helping the terrorists holed up in the hotels and keeping them abreats with every move of the cops, the fire brigade, the authorities and the poor inmates of the hotel. The TV also inform the terrorists, exactly what the cops are wearing, who is not wearing bulletproof suits and what guns they are carrying.
