I have taken a video recording during a Inspection of a road being relaid. Have
also taken a digital picture of a Petrol dispensing pump with the attendant
standing alongside holding the days newspaper. Did not have any problems. Never
asked about taking digital pictures of files during inspection.
Sarbajit, you quoted some Act. But what about Sec 22:
"The provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything
inconsistent therewith contained in the Official Secrets Act, 1923, and any
other law for the time being in force or in any instrument having effect by
virtue of any law other than this Act."
