Dear All I have similar feeling against IC Mr Tiwari, he most unfiar IC towards appellants. I have send number of complaints to chief IC and President of India, but nothing has happened. In reply to RTI query CIC has stated that CIC does not keep records of complaints aginst ICs. S.K.Kapoor
