Dear Durve regular readers of Hum Janenge and SatymevaJayate know very well Shailesh Gandhi's habit of filing RTIs and then not taking the information for corrupt reasons. The only thing about Shailesh Gandhi in the public domain are his emails. Where is the information about PM Relief fund he obtained ? Where is the information he obtained about Surupsingh Naik medical records? Shailesh Gandhi is the king of RTI misusers and his appointment as Information Commissioner sets a very good example for people not in Group Y
In Surupsinh Naik's order the information was ordered to be given only because Naik could not file his 3rd party objection in time (being in jail) and for which he went to High Court later and also because the PIO was in cahoots with Gandhi to say "Information cannot be denied to Parliament - conveniently ignoring that Naik was a MLA at the time".
