Dear Sh.Vihar, Our SIC Rajasthan also leaving this task to home ministery(nodel agency for implementation of RTI in Rajasthan). Actually, one public authority returned application with IPO that my application is not in proper format and he is not PIO.Then I filed first appeal to chief engineer who again rejected my appeal by declaring that he is not appellate authority and that XEN is not PIO.That is all. Then I filed second appeal in August which is under process of hearing (so far four hearing dates have elapsed without any decision sofar-----to give natural justice to public authority).
