Accordingly there is no Nodal EXTERNAL Agency to monitor sec 4 compliance. The remedy for section 4 non-compliance is in the Writ jurisdiction to an affected person who fails to get the information in a subsequent section 6 RTI request and after the various appeals are infructuous.
