"Misuse of RTI Act" The NCPRI have officially submitted to the Parliamentary Sub-Committee that there is no misuse of RTI Act. It is therefore no surprising that all NCPRI groups and activists were invited more than once to make submissions in person. On the other hand not a single person was called to appear on behalf of the organisations like Tattasoochna Sabha which forcefully highlighted the misuse of RTI Act by NGOs and blackmailers and demanded suitable provisions so that ordinary citizens who use RTI responsibly are not disadvantaged.
