My suggestion :--I file RTI against such people by asking Police about the investigation progress& names of people involved in the crime ( there is no need to name the people ) Police themselves will have to give the names of people( you may be surprised to find out that people you name may not have any crime record as per police). I mainly this for crimes against animals / trees( illegal cow slaughter , tree cutting by builders etc., murder of animal lovers - Advocate Sh. Lalit Jain by Sakib Nachan)
