Dear Siddarth I have filed complain u/s 18 2 months back, next i intend putting a complain to governor can any one give me his address,after which will file RTI application to PIO of SIC office requesting the status of my complain, as you rightly pointed out it will be the SIC who will attend to the hearing, at least the train will start moving WP at high court costly affair and verdict will be SIC to take hearing within 15 days of receiving order of HC Rgds Leslie Almeida
