Dear Arun Thanks for your guidance, i have already filed complain u/s18 and will file RTI application under RTI act to PIO of SIC office asking for progress report on my complain, this worked, one a previous occasion before which I will post also copies of the said to the Governor with covering letter, Rgds Leslie Almeida
