Dear Sarbajit I take liberty to speak my differences with your views.
The matter I believe to be of not a misuse of RTI especially (2) if it is a lack on the part of Authority, (2) any person or part of society is affected or being continuously adversely affected (3) The Act does not prescribe the time limit of any information. It is noteworthy here that even Supreme Court has also reverted its own judgements. Since the circumstances of every case are peculiar, there is always scope of review of old deceisions. Please do not take IC or PIO to be correct at all times, they are human beings and to err is their birth right. It only depends upon u how effectively u put your views. In one case i asked maintainiblity of Dr. Celsa case of Mumbai High Court at PIO Kolkata, The PIO & IC were answerless.
