Dear Kathyayini I HAD read the first para. My reference was to objectives of this group, viz,
a) Preaching, practicising, propogating "Responsible RTI" b) To report / discuss decisions of CIC/SICs c) To report / discuss PROBLEMs in implementation of RTI d) To formulate / discuss information denial strategies for / of PIOs. In this regard RTI_India's approach is quite different from the other RTI e-groups. Anil's post on BMMP is certainly relevant to RTI, and I and most other members have already received it courtesy other RTI egroups. Also, this is a "national" level group, so excessive content from the "States" may turn off many members especially when there are many fine RTI e-groups focussed at State level.
