Dear Rakesh 1) The proof of the pudding is in the eating (or rather the voting).
2) We have about 600+ "active members" in this group of whom about 230+ have Yahoo IDs (and were hence eligible to vote). 3) The "cream" of RTI India exercised their democratic franchise and the results are before you. Shailesh Gandhi was opined to be amongst our WORST ICs and M L Sharma THE BEST (for now !!!). 4) It is open to any member with a Yahoo ID to start their own poll. 5) M L Sharma is a former policeman and not a babu. He knows how to tell "true" from "false" much better than the other ICs (and sift "good" applicants from the "bad" ones). 6) It is pertinent that IC(SG) and IC(MLS) were sworn in at the same time and are yet poles (polls?) apart in performance and client satisfaction rating. 7) If even a single member here thought that IC(MLS) was BAD, they could have rated him as such - the fact is that nobody did so. 8) After having conducted many polls at this group, we ensure scientific and impartial methods automatically. All questions listed were option "neutral" and "bland". In contrast I can remind you of an "irresponsible" poll conducted at Sackhim http://groups.yahoo.com/group/sackhim/message/317 9) It seems that not much has changed for Mr Habibullah image over the years despite the methodology used. And yet, Arvind's survey found Mr Habibullah to be no.4 of the top ICs of India.
