Dear Sh.Sarbajit Royji, Just after implementation of RTI act, mode of payment of fees in the form of IPO was not acceptable (as per fees,cost rules of DoPT).Then in June 2006, IPO was allowed in addition to cash&DD.
So can we deposit fees in the absence of specific rulings of alternative mode of deposition of fees i.e. other than cash,DD,IPO.
