You are right, but I can't feel comfort with only one slot at my
motherboard. And I can't use an AGP card, by the way, on a MAC Computer.
But I still think about a "Byte Magazine" article (sorry, I dont
remember the issue) where a graphic cards manufacturer says something
about it (I believe I can remember something like this): "the data flow
between the video card and the processor is not so big - really is the
video processor who generates the most part of the data. Of course, we
are able to put it on production."

Really it's only my opinion, please take it easy. AGP is quite good to
use, too.
