Revision 970 fixes a problem of the rt_8139too driver during start-up or
on error conditions by reducing its verbosity (kernel console outputs).
It effectively deadlocked in its non-RT init code on the slave side when
the master was already running (i.e. no critical effect regarding
running networks). The slave's kernel console was flooded in this case.

Start with capturing the traffic again.
