I have discovered an extreme performance loss between RC2 and RC3 in our production environment. To verify this issue I've created a test database. Running the NEW_PROCEDURE against real data shows: FB2 - RC2 execution time: 31ms fetches from cache: 3814 FB2 - RC3 execution time: 6 seconds fetches from cache 24662 The procedure runs only a simple query and RC3 uses another plan for the query (with more indices used).
